Engineering project manager

Feladatok

• Lead and manage product development projects with a focus on cost, timing and quality.
• Coordinate development activities using agile methods and PlanView.
• Drive continuous improvement of the product development process with cross‑functional teams.
• Oversee design and development work, including technical evaluations and 3D verification.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external standards and safety regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and feasibility studies with Industrial Engineering.
• Support prototype design, manufacturing, series introduction and training at production sites.
• Manage series maintenance, modifications and value analyses for Product Owners.
• Provide technical guidance to other departments and review external design plans.
• Monitor production from an economic perspective and participate in audits, including follow‑up actions.
• Coordinate with technical teams in Tata, Sibiu and FFB.
• Prepare technical documentation and instructions.
• Is obliged to comply with the European General Product Safety Regulation

Követelmények

• Higher technical education
• At least three years of professional experience in the development field
• Project Management education or trainee
• Condfident knowledge of the General Product Safety Regulation
• Business-level proficiency in English both in written and verbal
• User-level computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• User-level knowledge of PDM / WSM databases
